Since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic in the UK, we’ve been working really hard to learn and adapt to these unprecedented times. To enable us to do this, we’ve had to temporarily change the way in which we operate, to streamline the butchering and retail aspects of the business. 

Some of the things that we have introduced are:

  • Online Ordering – so that we can better manage orders/stock. With temporarily closing our usual shop and introducing a drive thru, the online process allows us to prepare your orders for a simple collection with no need for any contact.
  • Weekly Produce – we changed from our fortnightly process to open weekly to try and make as much produce as we can available for you 
  • Ready-Made Packs – containing our most popular produce, so that we can simplify our butchery, stock and fulfilment process.
  • High-Risk WA5 Customer Deliveries – to make sure that the most vulnerable customers in our community can still access us
  • Contactless Drive-Thru Collection & Payment – to ensure the highest level of safety for both ourselves and you, our customers, during the pandemic.
